Dal 5 novembre il nuovo album di Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats

Uscirà il 5 novembre su Stax Records/Virgin Music Las The Future, nuovo album di Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats.

Registrato fuori Denver al Broken Creek Studio di Rateliff, il nuovo album The Future è statoprodotto da Bradley Cook (Bon Iver, Kevin Morby, The War on Drugs) e R.M.B. – il trio di produttori composto da Rateliff, Patrick Meese (The Night Sweats) e  James Barone (Beach House) – che era la squadra vincente dietro all’acclamato album solista del 2020 And It’s Still Alright.

Il musicista, ingegnere del suono e produttore Elijah Thompson (Father John Misty, Richard Swift) ha contribuito alla produzione finale, mentre Jenny Lewis, Jess Wolfe (Lucius) e Amelia Meath (Sylvan Esso) hanno contribuito ai cori.

Il disco, che contiene 11 tracce, è anticipato da Survivor, nel cui video Rateliff interpreta un pugile assieme al campione di pesi massimi mondiale Prince Charles Martin.

Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats sono Rateliff (voce, chitarra), Joseph Pope III (basso), Meese (batteria, percussioni, tastiere), Luke Mossman (chitarra), Mark Shusterman(organo, tastiere), Andreas Wild (sax), Daniel Hardaway (tromba) e Jeff Dazey(sax).
