S’intitola Appleseed’s 21st Anniversary: Roots and Branches la maxi compilation di 57 brani che l’etichetta di musica di protesta Appleseed Records pubblicherà il prossimo 19 ottobre per festeggiare il suo ventunesimo compleanno.
Tra i numerosi artisti coinvolti, in molti hanno fornito registrazioni inedite: tra questi ci preme ricordare il contributo di Bruce Springsteen presente con una cover di If I Had A Hammer; Donovan alle prese con la Wild Mountain Thyme di Joan Baez o Tom Morello con la Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap degli AC/DC.
